Telegenic effluvium : Telogen effluvium most common cause - it is secondary to many things thyroid, illness, fever, anemia, stress, dieting , hormone changes, cortisone shots - usually resolves over 6 mo without treatment once underlying cause remedied . May need evaluation to help determine cause.
