thricomonas: It may not be hard if you look at a centrifuges sample of the first portion of voided urine.

Because men usually: aren’t symptomatic they usually don’t find out they are infected until their partner is symptomatic & is tested. Only about 30 % of cases are symptomatic. When tested via a urine sample – it should be a 1st void sample – the first 20 to 30 mm of urine of initial stream should be used. The person should not have urinated for at least an hour prior. Most STD screens don’t include Trichomoniasis
