Allergic Reaction: It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to the soap. First i would stop using anything to scrub down there since that could irritate it and second i would find a gentle soap that is hypoallergenic. A good soap is dove liquid soap. If things haven't changed then i would go see a doctor so they can make a proper diagnosis and further help you from there. Hope this helped :].
