epididymitis: Epididymitis can cause pain in the scrotum but is benign. If infection is suspected your doctor will give you antibiotics. The simple cyst they described is also very likely benign.

I have a dull ache in my right testicle after ejaculating and the pain appears to subside always within a hour or 2. I had epididymitis before in that testicle that was treated. Can this be reoccurring sensitivity for years now or possibly a cyst?
