Hemorrhoid: Given his age and the symptom, this is likely related to hemorrhoid. Suggest to eat more fiber, use citrucel with one tablespoon in 8 oz of water daily, drink adequate amount of water. Avoid straining/having hard stools, using soap to clean anal area, clean anal area with water after bowel movement. If bleeding persists, see a physician for further evaluation.
