Some ideas : That is a strange description so i'm not sure exactly what's going on. Here are some things you could ask your doctor about though. Vulvarvestibulitis can give symptoms like this. Shingles can cause nerve hyperstimulation. Referred pain from interstitial cystitis is a possibility. Ask to be evaluated for these things.
