From drugs.com: Using prazosin and Lisinopril together can have increased effects on your blood pressure. You may be more likely to experience side effects such as dizziness, weakness, headache, flushing, fainting, and irregular heartbeat, especially if you have been on Lisinopril and are starting treatment with prazosin. These effects may also occur following a dose increase of prazosin.

Possibly: I would get checked out by your primary care doctor or internist to rule out some medical causes. From a medication standpoint i notice you are on Mirtazapine and i think it is important to carefully consider if this medication is contributing to the lethargy you are experiencing. I think it is a good idea to get evaluated so you can feel like you did before all of this started to afflict you.
