Not likely: Nasalcrom is an otc nasal spray for allergies that is very mild with minimal side effects. Also, symbicort, (budesonide and formoterol) a combination medication to treat asthma is unlikely to induce acid reflux. Asthma is associated with acid reflux and Prednisone tablets used to treat asthma can lead to gastritis and sometimes ge reflux.

Good data on this: Side affects nasalcrom: hives or itching; difficulty breathing; dizziness; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Severe burning, stinging, or irritation in your nose; nosebleeds, sinus pain, or sores in your nose; wheezing, tight feeling in your chest; or fever, green or yellow mucus from the nose. Symbicort: no acid reflux body aches or pain, chills cough, fever, sneezing.
