beef/ pork allergy?: You don't state why the tests were done. False positives are much less common when the tests are done in people who have symptoms induced by the food in question. Food testing by blood or skin test is not really indicated if you don't have symptoms. Perhaps your doctor was looking for mammalian protein allergy syndrome which can cause delayed reactions that are sometimes misidentified by pts.
