First...: Try eating things that have potassium, such as a banana, drink plenty of water. Try doing some stretches, learn some yoga poses and do some of those poses every morning and before going to bed. Try all of these things first and if the symptoms continue then i recommend seeing a doctor so they can make a proper diagnosis and further help you from there :].
