Yes see a dentist: Anxiety also causes in some cases tongue thrusting along with bringing the teeth at night , that can cause the minor cuts at the tongue edge that turns into sours later on .
You should see a dentist to have a night guard made for you and seek other solutions like selective grinding of teeth to meet properly.
