yes but: Midodrine shouldn't make the raynaud's any worse. But that's a big 'shouldn't' because raynaud's is a tough problem to treat. A better choice for the pots might be fludrocortisone, which would not interfere with the raynaud's (i would think).

possibly: Raynaud's is not a reported side effect (i just reviewed the entire fda monologue) but it is, at least, a theoretical possibility. I suggest you try it and see for yourself. At worst, you could use midodrine in the summer and avoid it (or religiously use gloves) in the winter.
