Iron low, infection?: The combination of high platelets and slightly elevated lymphs suggests some viral infection, and would not be worrisome. Menstruating women, however, often get iron deficient, which is a very common cause of high platelets and feeling lack of energy. So i would suggest getting your ferritin (iron level) checked and then discuss with your pcp. Recheck after 6 weeks would then be wise.

Probably normal: Those blood results are not likely representing any serious problem. Would repeat them in 1 -2 months (during different part of your menstrual cycle).
