My neurologist ruled out ms, lyme, vegative disorder, etc. Just by checkin reflexes, etc. Etc. And a brain scan done 2-3 years ago. Is this accurate?

Widespread/random nerve tingle/crawling and jolts throughout body x 5 weeks. Not localized. Negative for Lyme, HIV, and metals. Labs normal. B12/Sugars normal. No nerve impingements. Waiting on brain MRI. I do have HSV2 and EBV. Thoughts? Maybe MS?
How long do antibodies remain detectable in the blood? I had a clear ELISA for Lyme disease after recurring lightheadedness and brain fog after a possible bite when hiking in the uk but the test was a good 10 months later -would it still be reliable?
My dr. Did Western blot for Lyme. Both IGM and IGG came back positive. Have enough bands to diagnose according to the CDC. No Elisa. Is it ok?
