Just about 27 weeks preg. can i take zantac (ranitidine) 75? i eat wayyy more than the recomended amout of tums a day.

GERD Reflux: Use of zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec are fine during pregnancy. You may find better control of symptoms by routinely using these medications rather than waiting for symptoms to occur. If over the counter medications do not address your symptoms, there are also several reflux medications that can be prescribed as well.
