see below: Modafanil creates better focus and concentration, by causing a higher level of wakefulness, and alertness. It does not really enhance iq or true cognitive abilities, and no, the effect varies from person to person.

No: People without adhd will likely feel overstimulated at lower doses of the medication than those with adhd.
