GB disease?: Very simply, you're complaining of right sided abd pain, bloating and increasing belching.This complex could possibly be signs of gallbladder disease.Usually this would be worse after fatty foods, and nausea/vomiting could also be associated.I suggest you try a low fat diet, good hydration, and seek a medical opinion.
