Fertility: Infertility is defined as unprotected intercourse without conception for one year. This is based on about 85% of normal couples conceive in that time. Problems include ovulatory, tubal disease, uterine cavity/fibroids, male factor (sperm problems), and conditions like endometriosis. If 23 years is correct, you should see a doctor, you likely have one of these problems.
