Yes, you do.: See your doctor to find out why you are not having periods. He/she will order appropriate tests to try to figure out why. Do not continue trying to conceive until you find out that you are in good health. Plus, getting pregnant during the pandemic is a risky business. So use condoms till you find out it is safe and you are in good shape before getting pregnant.
