While pregnant: I wasn't sure if your question was, what kind of exercise is safe in pregnancy? Exercise is highly recommended in pregnancy, even if just daily walking. It decrease risk for hypertension, diabetes and much more. Swimming is great, walking, elliptical. Ask your question again if misunderstood or have question about specific exercises.
