Is that really Smart: I am not a strong advocate of smart lipo as much as I am proponent of good technique and experience. While the laser may promote skin tightening that is not definitive outcome in all candidates and this must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In many instances, traditional or other forms of liposuction may achieve equivalent results.

Smart lipo: Smart lipo has the highest complication rate in plastic surgery. Go to a good plastic surgeon and have micro-cannula liposuction under tumescent anesthesia. Good luck from nyc.
