Night sweats: Night sweats can be caused by fever but other things can cause night sweats. In your case , you list obesity - a very common cause of night sweats is sleep apnea. Even if you are already treated, make sure the setting on CPAP are ok. Thyroid functions should be checked and meds reviewed. At your age, also perimenopausal sweats-hot flashes are on the list.
