Many causes: Assuming this is late onset urinary incontinence. Urinary tract infection, enlarged prostate, overflow incontinence from urinary retention, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, spinal problems such a pinched nerve, spinal tumor ; some medications can all cause incontinence.
