Scalp lesions: There are many causes of bumps on the scalp and you should definitely see a dermatologist for this problem. It is possible that these are actually pilar cysts, and that is a hereditary problem. But i cannot tell you for sure what's going on because i cannot see the lesions. See you dermatologist!
