What is causing the sharp pain in the back of my right eye after working on the computer? i got glasses to alleviate the pain but it comes back.

The surface of your : Eye is probably drying out significantly, causing a referred type pain to the back of your eye. If pain after working on computer for many hours the blink rate diminishes and the eyes do get dry. Try lubricating eye drops like systane, you can by these over the counter.
