Unpredictable: Actually there has never been any evidence that checking temperatures improves pregnancy rates or correlates with fertility. Some believe it might decrease fertility by increasing stress. Regular sex still has a higher pregnancy rate than checking temperatures, mucous etc. And temperature is always relative to you normal temperature.
