Palm lesions: There's no way to tell you online what the lesions are on your palms without looking at them. It's possible that they could be anything from a wart to an important premalignant or malignant lesion, and there is a specific fungus which makes black dots on the palms. Definitely see a dermatologist to get this checked asap.
