try...: An antihistamine for a couple of days, +/- a topical steroid cream. Avoid hot baths/showers.

Wait: You may be having an allergic reaction to material injected by the bee, and trying a topical steroid which you can get otc would help. Otherwise, it will go away. If it becomes red, hot, hard, tender, see a doctor immediately.
