Usually quickly: If you were treated for uncomplicated chlamydial cervicitis, then almost immediately. If you had greater symptoms, such as pain or possibly fever, then usually within 1-2 weeks depending on what treatment was prescribed, and the severity of the infection. A longer recovery may be caused by infection of the pelvic organs such as the fallopian tubes, which would cause greater symptoms.
