Folliculitis : Sometimes these are blocked follicles. Exfoliation can help. Get a good soap and wash every day with a clean wash cloth. Don't scratch or pick at them. Get a mild exfoliating lotion ad apply after you wash (thin layer). - amlactin is good for this.
