Fingers crossed: Although there are some commercial home pregnancy tests that claim to work as soon as 6 days into your pregnancy, most take 10-11 days to be reliably positive. A false negative test can cause you some grief, so i would wait until you are due to have your next period, or just a day or two before. In the meantime, make sure you are taking Folic Acid supplements or a prenatal vitamin.
