Need hard work: Gaining weight is easy but loosing will be a problem , if you walk a mile will spend 100 cal only you eat less , eat health food don't eat junk foods , go to gym at least hr or more almost every day you will see change in couple of months and keep up , your 'love handles ' will disappear.
