Cramps : Well it is a little early, but based on your meds, you could be ovulating. A corpus luteum cyst after ovulation can cause pain - in the past this was called "mittleschmerz, " germanic for mid-cycle pain. Now, it could be something non gyn as well, but this is high on the list.
