Shortness of breath: Better get checked. While a virus can cause fatigue even after the illness , shortness of breath is different. Some viruses can cause anemia. Alternatively, shortness of breath could be caused by asthma or reactive airway disease if it was an upper respiratory virus. You need to see your physician if this persists.

It depends,,: This depends on how used you are to working out as in how long it's been since you worked out last, and if you're completely recovered from the virus you had. You also have a history of hashimoto's so you might need your thyroid checked out and get thyroid medicine if it's low. It would be good to see your doctor to check this and anything else that might be an issue. Good luck.
