Normal: Cervical spondylosis means u have arthritic joints( facet) in your neck and pain referred to the neck and scapular muscles can cause them to spasm or get " tight".This is not atypical w/ cervical spondylosis

It could cause: All the stuff that you listed, as it could refer pain to those area. That is inflammation in the facet joints in your neck can lead to pain referred to all those areas.
