Hypertension: The top number is your systolic blood pressure. This is the pressure your heart has to build upto to push blood into your body. It is very high, normal values are less than 140. This puts you at risk for stroke and heart problems. The bottom number is known as diastolic blood pressure which is also high generally it is less than 90. This is the pressure in your arteries while the heart is relaxing.
