Early pregnancy: You are likely very early in your pregnancy. Spotting can be normal. Schedule an appointment with your ob/gyn so he or she can examine you. A blood test can confirm pregnancy if there are any doubts. Best wishes.

Many things: Many things can do this. If the pregnancy tests are negative, it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. The low dose birth control pills often do this as do the progestin containing IUDs. Exercise, stress, and weight loss can also do it as can some other illnesses or drugs. If the periods are regular even if they are very light, it is not terribly serious. Talk with your doctor about what it is.
