Piroxycam Remeron (mirtazapine): There are no drug interactions between the two. You may take Mirtazapine as prescribed. Best wishes. Watch carefully for weight gain on mirtazapine, however and report it to your doctor immediately if it happens and try something else like trazodone for sleep.
