Having leg spasms in thighs and constant (24/7) need to stretch legs when in sitting or resting position. just finished heavy leg workout at crossfit.

Drink fluids ; rest: Sometimes you may have muscle spasms or cramping after a heavy workout. It is best to stretch out before ; after you exercise, drink plenty of water, replace electrolytes with drinks like gatorade, eat plenty of green leafy vegetables ; fruits. Replenish potassium w/ foods like avocados, bananas ; yogurt. Exercise at a lower pace ; gradually build up. Rest ; get eval for injury if spasms persist.
