Flank or RUQ?: Gallstones or stomach ulcer can cause your symptoms which may go undetected on routine blood tests. So can many other conditions. See your family doctor or internist and if pain getting worse, vomiting, unable to pass gas or stool, bleeding, fever then need to be seen at the er.
