Cheek biting: Best to have it checked by a dentist, but based on your description it sounds like you are biting your cheeks. It may have been there for a while and you are only noticing it now. If you clench or grind, check bite is the most likely answer. There are no consequences from cheek bite, but it may indicate a bad bite which could lead to broken teeth or tmj.
