Not much info: Well, if you mean on the inside of your mouth the most common thing that looks like this is an apthous ulcer. They are very painful, and more info can be found here: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/canker-sore/basics/definition/con-20021262 Herpes can look like an apthous ulcer too. If you're sufficiently concerned, providing a photo through a virtual consult would help diagnosis.
