After effects. : I'm very sorry to hear that you have gone through this. The knot in your neck could be a muscle spasm, and the movable lump on your cheek would either be a lymph node or a small hematoma. These things should take two weeks or so to clear, and if they don't in that timeframe you should have a doctor take a look at you.
