Pain: Everyone heals at a different rate. You are only about 2 months postoperative. Surgical scars may have discomfort or sensitivity off ; on for months. If it is internal abdominal pains or if the incision discomfort persists, go back to see your surgeon.

Could be alot of: Things. I see your on Ibuprofen and if you take alot of it that can give you an ulcer which will give pain in that area. Could be a granuloma in the scar giving you pain. Lots of things can cause pain, best is to see your surgeon and get evaluated.
