A 22-year-old male asked:

Are linseeds helpful for weight loss? if so, do they have any side effects?

Theoretically: Linseeds add fibre, and they might increase your metabolic rate as they are relatively high in essential fatty acids. This could lead to weight loss. As to side effects, if you eat too many seeds with not enough water it could lead to bowel obstruction. I prefer a balanced, lower fat and carbohydrate and physical activity for weight loss. Good luck.

Like the taste: If you do, that's the only reason to drink it, because it won't help weight loss or any other medical condition. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Weight loss therapy is beneficials...N without any side effects?

Side effects: Unfortunately, no drug of any kind is free of side effects. Even lifestyle change can have side effects (exercise causes muscle aches for example). If free of heart disease, low dose Phentermine therapy has a growing amount of data for effective use with low side effects (stimulant effect, dry mouth, constipation) in the setting of calorie reduction.

Is oxyelite pro tablets for weight loss safe to use? What are its side effects?

Who knows: Since it's a proprietary blend of various herbs and supplements -- no one knows what's in it. One thing we do know, however, is that it won't help you lose weight, except in your wallet. Whether it's safe or not is a different matter. That only gets studied if people develop toxicity or die after using it. Save your money and your health. Eat less/exercise more to lose weight.

No : No form of lipolysis is advisable for weight loss. Weight must be maintained with the healthy life style, anything else is a smoke screen. Good luck from nyc.

Not likely: Every few weeks there is a new amazing, breakthrough, sure-thing weight control product. The words are all the same except for the name of the latest miracle. Sounds "too good to be true"? Beginning to see a pattern? There must be a large amount of money out there just waiting for the latest, "all natural" safest, easiest way to the slim body you can get from a bottle. I have a bridge i would lik.
