A member asked:

Is it common for a father with a- blood and a mother with o- blood to have a child with o- blood?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: If the dad's blood genetic type is ao (which would present as type a), it would be about a 50% possibility for the offspring to be oo (type o) or ao (type a). If he is aa, all offspring would be type a with ao genetics.
