re-evaluate: You may have other deficiencies like vitamin d3, taurine, zinc, or iron. Eat lots of organic colorful vegetables and fresh fruits and use beans and slow grains like quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat groats, soaked for 8 hours, rinsed then cooked for protein and to keep blood sugar stable. Have 2 t of flaxseeds a day for essential fatty acids. Eat 6 small meals a day.

Very serious: Vegans have the moral high ground, but you have already placed your health in grave danger. Even a short time being B12 deficient can cause brain damage. Please get with an evidence-based vegan-friendly physician who can guide you in getting other nutrients and can also evaluate other possible causes of your symptoms.
