Many possibilities h: Upper stomach area has several organs including stomach, liver and many other structures like lymph glands. You need to get your doctor to examine you to make sure all these organs are healthy. This will require a physical exam and some blood tests. Unless these symptoms are temporary and go away you need to go see your doctor.
