Need more info: It is unclear from your description of pain in your lower stomach and pressure in your "bumm" if this is related to stomach problems or a gyn issue. If the pressure or pain continues you should go to your provider for evaluation. You need an exam coming to ask you more questions and person perhaps lab testing or an ultrasound.
