At this time, it is run by the federal government because some Texas politician decided that healthcare (which means health insurance in this country) is not for everyone. Choose four primary care doctors you might like to go to. Call them to see which PPO commercial plans and which PPO Obamacare plans they are in. Then, buy what fits your budget.
